Golf club access, tee times, caddie arrangements, hotel availability, routing, transport times and local operating conditions may change. Final arrangements depend on confirmation from relevant suppliers.

A booking is not confirmed until we issue written confirmation and receive any required deposit or payment according to the quotation or booking agreement.

Custom quotes may vary by travel date, group size, hotel category, golf course access, domestic transport, guide requirements, currency movement and supplier availability.

Payment schedules, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms and change fees will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation for each trip.

Supplier rules may apply separately, especially for private golf clubs, hotels, domestic flights, trains, event periods and peak-season travel.

Some premium and private golf clubs in China require advance approval, hosted access or date-specific confirmation. We work to secure the best available arrangements but cannot guarantee access until confirmed.

If a course becomes unavailable due to maintenance, events, weather, access restrictions or supplier changes, we may recommend a comparable alternative suited to the itinerary.

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas or visa-free eligibility, travel insurance, health requirements, customs rules, personal spending and compliance with local laws and club etiquette.

Golfers should follow each club's dress code, pace-of-play expectations, caddie policies and safety instructions.

Travel services may be provided by independent third parties such as golf clubs, hotels, transport operators, guides, restaurants, attractions and ticketing providers.

We select partners carefully, but third-party services remain subject to their own operating rules, safety standards, availability and terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jade Fairway Golf Tours is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, flight disruption, government action, supplier failure, illness, accidents, force majeure or traveler misconduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Text, branding, page layouts, itinerary structures and original website content belong to Jade Fairway Golf Tours or are used with appropriate rights or licenses.
