How a complex brief becomes an operable itinerary
The scenario below demonstrates planning logic. It is not presented as a past customer, testimonial or measured client result.
The brief
Eight golfers traveling from the United States want nine days between Shanghai and Hangzhou, four rounds, premium hotels and two meaningful cultural days.
The first constraint
The requested private clubs cannot be treated as confirmed from reputation alone. Weekday access, guest names and hosted booking channels must be tested before fixing the route.
The route response
Use Shanghai as the international gateway, keep the first day light, place golf around realistic city transfers, then move once to Hangzhou with a vehicle sized for eight golfers and bags.
The confirmation gates
Confirm course access, hotel room types, vehicle capacity, guide coverage, train or road choice, payment schedule and substitution rules before deposit.
The contingency plan
Hold a comparable Shanghai-area course and a flexible Hangzhou day in reserve for private-club denial, maintenance or severe weather.
What the final proposal shows
A day-by-day route, confirmed versus requested courses, inclusions, exclusions, optional dining, supplier conditions and the contacts responsible for operation.
Publishing real client work
A real case study will be published only with written permission and with identifying details approved by the traveler. Anonymous wording will not be used to imply a customer existed when supporting records are unavailable.
