People and accountability

Know who is responsible at each stage

A premium service should identify real responsibility, not hide behind a generic concierge label. The assigned names and contact details belong in the proposal and final travel documents.

01Named in proposal

Journey lead

Owns the planning conversation, records priorities and keeps the itinerary, quotation and later changes aligned.

02Assigned by route

Golf coordination

Checks the requested clubs, booking channel, guest information, tee-time window, caddie/cart policy and course alternatives.

03Assigned by destination

Destination operations

Coordinates local transport, guides, hotels and timed visits for each city or region in the confirmed itinerary.

04Before arrival

Traveler documentation

Collects the operational details needed by suppliers while limiting personal data to what is necessary for the trip.

05Confirmed before travel

On-trip contact

Receives operational questions and coordinates the response when timing, weather or supplier conditions change.

06One accountable channel

Escalation responsibility

Material changes are escalated through the named journey lead so the group is not left to reconcile several providers.

Why there are no invented biographies here

We will publish individual profiles, photographs, locations, languages and experience only after each person has approved the information. Until then, this page explains the operating roles and the point at which the assigned individual is named to the traveler.

Start with a clear planning brief

Share your dates, group profile and priorities. We will begin with feasibility, not a generic package.
