Golf arrangements
Green fees, access channel, caddie, cart, locker, insurance and club-specific surcharges are priced according to the confirmed dates and course policy.
Accommodation
Hotel category, room type, occupancy, breakfast, taxes, resort benefits and peak-date supplements are stated in the proposal.
Private transport
Vehicle size is planned around passengers and golf bags. Airport, golf, inter-city and evening movements are itemized or clearly bundled.
Guides and coordination
The quotation identifies the guide, local coordination or on-trip support included, rather than implying every trip has the same staffing model.
Planning and service
If a separate design, research or management fee applies, it is disclosed before commitment. It is not hidden inside an unexplained total.
Usually excluded
