Why we do not publish unconfirmed fixed prices

  • Private-club visitor terms and actual tee-time access are date-specific.
  • A hotel’s published category is not the same as a confirmed room, benefit or cancellation condition.
  • Vehicles, domestic transport and seasonal demand change the feasible route as well as the cost.
  • A fixed web price can conceal mandatory golf charges, access restrictions or material exclusions.

Before you approve a quote

  • Confirm the named hotels, room category and the actual number of nights.
  • Check each golf day’s access basis, included charges and substitute plan.
  • Match transfer timing and vehicle size to the group’s bags and travel days.
  • Read deposit, cancellation, currency and payment-recipient terms before paying.
  • Keep the dated proposal and final confirmations together.
