Selection standards before public partner claims
A high-end itinerary depends on independent providers, but supplier use is not the same as an endorsed partnership. We keep that distinction explicit.
Golf clubs and resorts
Identity, current operation, guest policy, booking channel, course condition, caddie/cart rules and date-specific access are checked before confirmation.
Hotels
Location, room category, occupancy, breakfast, taxes, golf-bag handling, cancellation terms and relevant renovation or event impacts are reviewed.
Transport providers
Vehicle type, licensed operation, luggage capacity, driver plan, airport access and realistic inter-city timing are matched to the group.
Guides and local coordinators
Language, destination scope, timing, responsibilities and escalation contacts are defined for the confirmed program.
Restaurants and experiences
Operating hours, group suitability, dietary needs, reservation terms and the route impact are checked rather than assumed.
Permission to display
A supplier name in an itinerary does not automatically create a public partnership. Logos and endorsements are displayed only with documented authorization.
Why this page does not show a logo wall
No company is described as an official partner, preferred supplier or endorser without evidence and permission. Confirmed suppliers for a specific trip are identified in the dated proposal and booking documents.
